Each space is part of the larger building, meaning you’re never fully separate from the life of the community, but you can choose how much you engage with it. The setup is intentionally flexible. Some residents prefer a quieter, more independent way of living, while others are more present in shared spaces. Both approaches are equally part of life here.
Our studio apartments offer a simple, self-contained living space for individuals at 35m². Each apartment features a comfortable twin bed, a seating/dining area, a small kitchen, a bathroom and a beautiful view overlooking the forest. These spaces are ideal for who want independence and privacy, while staying connected to the creative environment of Hub Feenix. Price: €550 / mo
These apartments offer a more flexible layout, with two separate rooms that can be used in different ways depending on your needs, as bedrooms, a living area, or a combination of living and working space. They are well suited for couples or residents who prefer additional room to spread out their daily life. Some residents use the second room as a studio, while others treat it as a more spacious home environment. Price: €650 / mo
These apartments are designed for residents living with pets, offering a more practical and self-contained setup within the building. They are 25m² in size, close to the garden, and provide the same balance of private living and access to the wider community, while allowing space for both you and your animal to settle comfortably. Living with a pet at Hub Feenix also means being mindful of others in the building, managing noise and respecting that not everyone interacts with animals in the same way. Price: €400 / mo
Community living brings together a small group of residents (up to 8) within a shared living area, typically with several private bedrooms, and accompanying bathrooms, and shared access to a kitchen and common areas. Individual rooms range in size from approximately 20m² to 30m².
It’s a more social and interconnected way of living, where daily life naturally overlaps. At the same time, each resident has their own private room to retreat to. This setup works well for those who are seeking a more collective environment and comfortable sharing routines and responsibilities with others. Price: €280-€450 / mo
Hub Feenix offers two homes for a more independent way of living, slightly removed from the main building while still connected to the wider Hub Feenix environment. They are suited for residents looking for mores space, quiet or a different rhythm to their day-to-day life.
One home has 4 bedrooms, an office/guest room, and a living area, while the second home has one large bedroom, 2 office/studio rooms, and large living area with a fire-place. Price: €1000-€1150, and it includes water and WiFi. Heating and electricity are separate.
