Physical interaction always requires consent, and everyone has the right to feel safe and respected in both their physical and emotional space.

• Communication & Presence: We encourage direct, honest communication grounded in openness rather than anger or manipulation. Practicing presence, listening, and constructive feedback are all part of living well together.

• Peaceful Environment: Many people come here to focus, rest, create, or reflect. Quiet hours are 22:00–07:00, and everyone is expected to avoid disturbing others. In shared spaces, please wear appropriate clothing and use swimwear in the sauna or when swimming.

• Shared Responsibility: Taking care of the building, shared spaces, and community resources is everyone’s responsibility. Please respect equipment, shared areas, and agreements around the use of spaces or tools, including any applicable fees.

• Food & Substances: To support the shared environment and sustainability values of Hub Feenix, only vegetarian food is permitted indoors. Alcohol should be consumed minimally and mindfully. Other substances are not permitted.
